• DEPOSIT - 20% $320 with completed reservation form

• Damage/Cleaning Fee - $ 200 Refundable. Leave the dwelling as you find it & save!

• ( 2009/10) BALANCE - $1500* to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival

•  (*includes refundable Damage/Cleaning Fee)

• Arrival Time - Not before 2:00pm

• Departure Time - 9:00am (This allows the cleaners time to prepare for the next tenants)

Cancellations

• Refund of $300 less booking fee

• 10% within 3 months of booked period

• After that no refund unless cancelled period is rebooked.
