Holiday Rates:
For Christmas week and Easter week the charge is $2,200.
Other Holiday Rates:
As from January 2010 the charges to rent Orchid Sands (maximum 14 people in family groups, with no more than 6 children under 12 years; or 11 singles) are as follows:
School holidays (Qld and NSW), and fishing season (July to end of October).
Please note that in addition to the charges below there is also a $400 damage / cleaning fee, refundable after your stay, if the house is left as you found it.
