Christmas Period

18 December 2010 to 01 Jan 2011 - a 2 week booking ONLY for this period
$5000 plus refundable $400 damage/cleaning fee. 

January 2011 - any 7 night stay is $2500 with $400 / night for any additional nights staying up to and including the 31st January 2011 plus refundable $400 damage/cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is to be paid two (2) weeks after booking date/enquiry. Upon receipt of payment and Reservation Form securing your booking, NO refund shall be granted from one (1) month before booked arrival date unless a replacement booking can be found. When a replacement booking is accepted and has paid in full, then your deposit shall be refunded in full.
